Basic Drawing Requirement for Epoxy Resin Countertops

Holes – Sink and Utility

Center line location in both X and Y for every hole, Sinks, Faucets, Grommets, Utility etc

Specify the epoxy resin worksurface dimensions from the bottom left hand corner of the countertop. Do not measure from any other object (Example: Below). Please indicate the diameter of all holes, faucets and grommets.

Sink

If using an Epoxy Resin Sink, indicate the model number on the drawing, we will figure out the size and style of cut based on the model number chosen.

For under mount sinks, indicate edge finish for sink opening (1/8” bevel or 3/16” radius) if you are providing the sink, indicate if under mount or top mount

Sink Cut Out Corners

Specify radius of corners for sink cut outs
Square Corners are available for an additional charge

Joints

Standard epoxy resin worksurfaces are available in seamless lengths up to 96” [2438mm] . If you desire to have countertop joints match cabinet joints please call out all seam locations on your drawing. If seam joints are not called out ChemTops will determined the seam locations by maximizing yield at the plant.

It is preferred, but not necessary to indicate joints, if joints are not indicated, they will be determined by ChemTops without liability.
